How long will it take to ship my order?

We ship all items within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipments typically arrive 3-5 days after we ship, and standard international shipments take 8-15 business days to arrive. International orders may delay further if your country's customs process is especially strict. We also offer expedited shipment options.

What is your minimum order for Free or Reduced Shipping?

On orders of $50 or more, we offer Free USPS Shipping within the U.S.
On orders of $100 or more, we offer Free UPS Shipping within the U.S.
On orders of $100 or more shipping to Canada, we offer Reduced Shipping.
On all other international orders of $100 or more, we offer Reduced Shipping. 

Note: Wholesale and bulk orders do not qualify for reduced shipping.

What is your return policy?

If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 15 days of receiving your order. See more details here on returns, exchanges and refunds.

I would like to print my logo on your product. Do you do custom logo imprinting?

Yes, we do. We currently offer this service for our Bheard Sound Pod and our Bstrong Travel Hook in composite rubber. Please email orders@bholddesign.com with the quantity you're interested in for a quote.
